Sick and tired of getting yucky diaper cream all over your hands during a diaper change? You might want to try out Snappi Baby’s New Ergo Brush.
It’s basically a magic diaper wand/spatula that evenly slathers the cream on your baby’s precious booty. This new brush keeps yourย hands clean and diaper changes more sanitary.ย

What I Love
It’s Design:
The (Amazon Aff link) Snappi Baby Ergo Brush is a pretty straightforward and simple product. It does exactly what it’s intended to do – keep your hands clean while applying the diaper cream.
I love baby products that are under 10 bucks and help to make cloth diapering (or diapering in general) more efficient. This diaper cream brush certainly qualifies! I actually wrote a pretty popular post on My Top 10 Cloth Diapering Accessories if you’re interested in more products that make life easy.
Another great feature about the Snappi Brush is its silicone suction bottom. The bottom keeps the brush from falling over and getting diaper cream all over everything. It also comes with a cute little travel bag that can be machine washed on gentle and hung dry.
It’s Eco-Friendly:
After observing the packaging I realized that they intendedย the paper insert to double as a bookmark, saving paper where possible. I thought that was pretty nifty and a good way to upcycle.ย (kudosย on that Snappi!)ย
The one thing that could make this product more environmentallyย friendly is if the bags were made from recycled water bottles or upcycled cotton. ๐
Their new Ergo Brush is also made of non-toxic silicone and makes a great and affordable gift for any new mom.ย Snappi Baby is a wonderful company that originally innovatedย cloth diapering with their little Snappi Fasteners.ย
Customerย Service/Support:
Iโve had nothing but positive dealings with Snappi Baby. They’re a great company & on-going sponsor. I always stand by companies that have great support/customer service!
What I Don’t Love
Here at MyGreenNest, I like to promote eco-friendly and locally made products.
Unfortunately, the Snappi Baby Ergo Brush is made overseas instead of locally here in the States or Canada.
However, the product supports a more sustainable lifestyle by aiding in the use of cloth diapering or diapering in general.
I have to mention that the originalย creator of this type of product was the Baby Bum Brush. The Snappi Brush is a great alternative though.
I do prefer the color options of the Baby Bum Brush line over the limited red, white, and blue that Snappi is currently selling. Snappi may come out with more colors in the future, right now I dig the white and blue the most!
How The Snappi Brush Compares
This product is pretty comparable to the Baby Bum Brush and works exactly the same way. I did find the Baby Bum Brush to be a bit more flexible and soft.
You can use the brush for diaper creams that have zinc-oxide in them or more natural creams like the (Amazon Aff Link) Thirsties Booty Love which I LOVE.
Both the Baby Bum Brush (Mini) and the Snappi Ergo Brush come with a travel carrier. The Snappi comes with a cute little travel bag and the Baby Bum Brush Mini comes with a hard case. Its case is designed to stay clean even if the brush hasn’t been washed yet while traveling.
Alternative Uses:
You could continue to use the Snappi Baby Ergo Brush to whip out some good ole’ coconut oil or other types of beauty products.
Coconut oil is one of those things that you can use in 1 million+ ways. Trust me, all you have to do is typeย “coconut oil uses” on Pinterest and you’ll see for yourself!
I find it difficult to get out of a narrow jar with my hands. Using the Snappi Brush will make it easier to grab that last bit of CO out of the jar and keep the oil more fresh and sanitary.

Hi, I use the Snappi fasteners whenever I want to fasten a flat or prefold to baby. I couldn’t imagine what they did without Snappis (pins seem so crazy in comparison). My Pinterest username is MaggietheMommy

I have never used or even heard of Snappi products before but I have heard of brushes similar to this and definitely need one before baby comes! Thanks for doing this review. ๐ My Pinterest username is @creatingkristina.
I really love that you point out the Baby Bum Brush was the first product on the market like this (not that more than one company can’t make similar products, but I feel like credit should still be given to the person who came up with the idea!). Also, using it for coconut oil is a BRILLIANT suggestion (and I just realized that for all those natural creams and lotions that involve heating up things like shea butter and then stirring it with coconut oil and stuff, the Ergo brush could be used to do all the mixing since it’s safe to use in high temperatures!)
Pinned it! I havenโt used Snappi before, but that Ergo brush would be AWESOME! I hate getting diaper cream under my fingernails! Definite game changer!! Username is jsmac915
